I have nothing bad to say about the soup mix. My wife and I both thought it was very good. I used chicken, bamboo shoots, baby corn, mushrooms, green onions. It was great

Instead of using this as a traditional soup I cram almost any combination of veggies I have on hand into the broth and add rice noodle for a chicken noodles soup bowl. You can make it quick or let it simmer a long time for depth of flavor.

As a person who has recently developed a ton of severe food allergies, I thought I'd never be able to enjoy Thai cuisine again. Whether it be peanuts, or soy, or corn products... I was out of luck.
I am ecstatic that I found Curry Simple's coconut soup. I throw in mushrooms, shrimp, some carrot, lemon grass, and bamboo shoots for some extras... but even without those add-ons, the taste is perfect.
I plan on ordering this item a lot in the future.

Before finding CurrySimple I tried making Tom Kha soup on my own. I spent a ton of $ on ingredients and it wasn't even good to eat when I was done! :)
Next I tried currysimple's Tom kha. SUPER easy, SUPER fast and it was so yummy. It was probably 1/3 the cost of buying the ingredients separately to make on my own and took 10 minutes not an hour. So fast, easy and cheaper to make. Works for me!
I won't make it any other way at home again. I usually order 6-10 packets at a time to have on hand for quick dinners on a cold night or a simple lunch for hubby and I.

I placed an order for the first time, and found this Tom Kha to be the best, ever! It rivals the soup at our local Thai restaurant, and it heats up in a minute. I microwaved a frozen veggie blend of peapods, carrots, broccoli, and other interesting veggies that I don't recall, removed the water, and added them to the soup along with a can of baby corn. My family ate it up, going for seconds & scraping the pot! They made me make another batch the next night!! This is a wonderful, authentic soup that is so easy to prepare...you just won't believe your taste buds!
