I stir fry chicken breast slices, bell peppers, snow peas, and green beans with this red curry sauce and then I serve it over brown rice. It is better than the red curry dishes at our local Thai restaurants. Its very flavorful and so easy to make. I get rave reviews from everyone who eats it!

I was turned on to this product by friends of mine that own a dumpling restaurant in Dallas. This is one of the easiest dinners I make. I love to prepare this for guests because they think I'm an amazing chef. Just slice any color bell pepper (I prefer red), and Chicken. Lightly brown the chicken and add the veggies. A couple of mins later add sauce. I love to put a big spoonful of reduced fat creamy peanut butter in there. I usually serve over some Jasmine rice. It is awesome.

The less you stir, the thicker it stays. For people who really want a "stick to the rice" sauce, we add a little corn starch.
