Cooked chicken pieces in red curry and served over rice
Comments about Red Curry Sauce:
Tastes just like the Red Curry at my favorite Thai restaurant, but it's much cheaper. The "3 servings" estimate is not misleading like it is on many packaged food items. I'm able to make 3 FULL dinners with one pack.
Comments about Red Curry Sauce:
My husband and I get up early to get the family off to school and work. We both have very busy jobs and by 6PM - we would rather opt for something easy to fix for dinner - over quality. Since we dont usually plan dinners out and instead operate more on what we want to eat each day... we find ourselves hungry but out of energy. This is one of the main reasons we love the Red Curry, or any of the Curry Simple sauces. We can throw in any meat (or not), any vegies alone or in combos, and a sauce packet -- steam some rice and we have a fabulous Thai dish for dinner in a matter of 20 minutes. Not only do the pre-made sauces make it quick and easy - but they are extremely satifying due to their restaurant quality flavor. Our standards are high for Thai food - and Curry Simple surpasses our expectations every time. So now we can get our quick and easy - and a quality, healthy food.
Comments about Red Curry Sauce:
My husband and I LOVE Thai food and seek it out in every city we visit. The red curry sauce we get from Curry Simple is, by far, better than anything we have ever gotten in a restaurant or been able to create on our own. We love treating our friends to REAL Thai!
Our favorite ways to use it start with pot stickers sitting in a small pool of the sauce followed by shrimp, red peppers and onions in the sauce served on a bed of rice.
We have been brainstorming and I am sure we will soon find a way to incorporate it into some sort of dessert!
Comments about Red Curry Sauce:
Give some veggies and chicken a quick stir fry while cooking jasmine rice, add the sauce and done. So much easier than melting red curry paste and finding and separating coconut milk. This easily tastes as good as sauce that takes over an hour to make.
